Another year, another post about whether I should continue to (attempt to) blog. I clearly haven’t in almost a year, but my goal for this year is to pick a project I like that I can maintain interest in for more than a few months. Gel or Regular Polish? Both?

I am currently of the mindset to only offer gel polish (UV cure) in the store, simply because it’s my preference. It’s easy to clean up and cure, has no drying time, and it lasts longer. For my life, ease of use and no dry time are the big selling points. There is some initial upfront cost, such as the polish itself, a UV/LED light, and a few other supplies that most nail polish enthusiasts will likely already have on hand. A bright spring mani

Affiliate links ahead… Spring has sprung here…for a few days anyway! It’s supposed to rain tonight, and cool off again tomorrow. Typical. I decided to make my own days a little brighter with this lovely shimmery yellow. It took three coats, and wasn’t completely cured by the time I topped it. This line of polish is from AVON, but they no longer carry any nail polish for some reason. Bummer, but I have quite a few shades of this line.
